Program Emphasis

The Educational Leadership Doctoral Program at Rowan University offers a community college leadership initiative (CCLI) track that is designed for those working in the community college sector and looking to gain advanced knowledge in the field, with a special focus on community college. Unique highlights include:

  • Teaching by New Jersey community college presidents, and community college presidents from other states, who teach in the program and serve on dissertation committees
  • A hybrid format of teaching that is convenient for working professionals
  • Small, supportive cohorts and an established network of colleagues in New Jersey and beyond

All courses in the community college leadership initiative track have a community college emphasis.
